These projects highlight my technical skills in system administration, automation, and network architecture.
Created a full Windows Server lab with parent, child, and separate domain trees, handling DNS, replication, GPOs, and user delegation. Perfect for testing real-world enterprise environments.
Environment was populated by script with over 250 unique users to ensure connectivity and functionality
Services in this environment included DFS, Linux, and Domain Controller servers, as well as a pfsense router/firewall combo, and a client machine.
Created hardened servers and kept systems updated to ensure CVE are eliminated or reduced.
Used dedicated VMs to practice finding and recovering files while documenting and keeping integrity.
Practiced using software and techniques to gain access to systems.
Deployed Proxmox-based hypervisors running VMs for media servers, game hosts, and FTP—all segmented via VLAN and VPN with Tailscale for secure remote access.
I am currently upgrading this project by adding a DMZ to allow direct connection from the internet without VPN usage while maintaining security.
Developed Bash and PowerShell scripts to automate server setup, including Docker container orchestration.
Began switching Windows 10 clients to Linux before end-of-life of the OS.
Deployed a Linux-based ticketing system to simulate an office environment, complete with certificates.
Created a simulated environment with a dozen users. Using this environment, I had practical hands-on experience completing tasks such as allocating licenses, changing passwords, and setting up email.
Currently I am studying on using Power BI in conjunction with 365 to showcase accurate data models.
Configured runehill.com for portfolio hosting, using Cloudflare DNS and HTTPS configuration for privacy and security.
